Ms. Vaibhavi Pandya

After earning her Degree and Master’s in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Mrs. Vaibhavi Pandya has worked with several organizations, primarily leading Teacher Training Programs and Curriculum Teams. She has expanded her training from Anganwadi teachers to teachers in international schools. She has also worked as an assistant professor in the Department Of Human Development, teaching ECE to degree-seeking students. For the past three years, she is associated with KLAY preschool & day-care working as a Centre Manager for Johnson & Johnson Company. She firmly believes that young children’s preschool years greatly influence the type of person they will grow into.
